First thing first! wine testing. Six different wines were tested, including Riesling, Chardonnay, Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon Nappa valley, Cabernet Sauvignon Montelena Estate. Right after wine testing in Opus One, I would say I like Cabernet Sauvignon Montelena Estate.
